Kidisle Coffeemaker Recall (Burn Hazard)
About 17,600 Kidisle single-serve coffeemakers were recalled after reports they can become clogged and release hot liquid or steam unexpectedly, causing burns. Owners can check the model number for a full refund.
What happened
CPSC announced the recall June 11, 2026 (Recall No. 26-557), covering Kidisle model KC101B, sold on Amazon, Walmart, and eBay June 2024–April 2026 for about $49. CPSC logged at least 107 reports and 27 injuries, including first- and second-degree burns requiring medical treatment.
Who may be affected
Anyone with a Kidisle coffeemaker marked "KC101B" on the underside may want to stop using it and check the official notice for refund instructions.
