What happened

Haleon announced a voluntary nationwide recall June 4, 2026, of four lots of Gas-X Extra Strength Softgels (125mg, 120-ct and 72-ct) distributed around April 13, 2026. The FDA says ingestion could potentially cause nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, or diarrhea. No adverse events had been reported as of the announcement.

Who may be affected

Anyone who bought Gas-X Extra Strength Softgels (125mg) on or after April 13, 2026 may want to check the lot number against the official notice.
